Full Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Manage key accounts and foster strong relationships with existing customers.
- Liaise effectively with customers and Toyota GB (TGB), ensuring customers are kept updated.
- Create purchase orders and organize the team to facilitate smooth handovers and deliveries.
- Develop business and grow the existing large book of business, focusing on B2B opportunities.
- Ensure the team is proficient and effective with system-based operations.
- Drive unit targets for fleet vehicles: currently 330 for Reading and 209 for Bracknell, covering both vans and cars.
- Contribute to achieving quarterly targets based on direct profit versus budget, unit targets, and TGB standards.
Proven Managerial experience within fleet roles, which can include cars, vans, or HGVs, within the automotive sector.
- Candidates with existing key accounts are a significant plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- A full UK driving licence with a clean record is essential.
