As a Kitchen Assistant you will offer fantastic customer service at all stages of the process, including in the kitchen in the preparation and delivery of the food. Everyone works together as a team, supporting each other and working flexibly to ensure all tasks are completed. You'll be involved with the preparation of food, handling stock and wastage, the emphasis always being on providing exceptional customer service. Some of your key responsibilities will include Assisting the head and sous chef in food preparation Maintaining a clean and organised environment Completing daily and weekly paperwork to adhere to food hygiene and partnership guidelines with regards to food safety.

Full - time working holiday entitlement 22 days holiday, plus public and bank holidays (this is prorated for part time hours).
