Youll oversee subcontractor management, ensure compliance with quotations and applications, and coach Quantity Surveyors on variations and final accounts. From monitoring risk registers to recovering contract costs, you'll drive profitability and efficiency. This role also involves preparing financial reports, developing negotiating skills, and enhancing commercial processes. Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Commercial staff while adhering to ISO standards and company policies. Ready to take charge and make a difference?

• Previous experience or qualification in Quantity Surveying
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence
• Knowledge of Contract law NEC 3 & 4, Option A, C & E
• Contract experience, capturing site records for variations and valuations; supporting a project team
• Sub Contract Management experience
