and efficient property service.As one of two Senior Estates Surveyor, you'll be instrumental in managing and maximising the value of our varied property portfolio. Your work will span across operational, investment, and non-operational assets, and will include:
- Handling landlord and tenant matters such as lease negotiations, rent reviews, renewals, and service charge management.
- Delivering a wide range of estate and asset management duties.
- Managing relationships with external partners, including agents, consultants, and contractors.
- Supporting the development of effective systems, processes, and service delivery methods.
- Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth, consistent service.

We're looking for someone who can work both independently and collaboratively to deliver results across a broad range of asset types.Key requirements of the role include: - A degree (or equivalent) in Estate Management, Property Management, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of Landlord and Tenant law.
- Experience managing property assets, including lease negotiations and rent reviews.
- Proficiency in property inspections and day-to-day estate management tasks.
- Strong negotiation and advisory skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ideally, membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), although this is not essential.
- Knowledge of school buildings and Department for Education (DfE) regulations is advantageous but not essential.
