What will you be doing? Engagement delivery
- Managing projects or work-streams of a small to medium size and complexity (including analysing and interpreting data, drafting report findings and facilitating client meetings Risk management
- Supporting the Firm's risk management and assurance processes appropriately and effectively People development
- Understand own development needs and proactively seek out and act upon feedback to enhance and sustain performance
- Play an active role in supporting colleagues within the team and in the wider firm, taking responsibility for cultural improvement and living the KPMG values Business Development:
- Supporting the establishment and development of relationships both internally within KPMG and externally with clients, as well supporting business development activity to secure future programmes of work
- Supporting and contributing to the development of proposals and client presentations.
- Supporting the development of market leading materials, leading KPMG's presence at events, and creating publications for our website on areas of specific expertise Practice Development

Have experience in consulting or industry with specific relevance to Global Business Services - Domain expertise in one or more relevant business processes within GBS e.g. Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Customer Service, IT, Data & Analytics
- Be an excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a growth mindset with drive for impact and an ability to work with ambiguity
- Proven track record of delivering high quality outputs, on time and meeting/exceeding client expectations
- Project management and the ability to organise and prioritise your own work to meet project requirements
- Ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions
- Be able to demonstrate an understanding of the GBS operating model including systems, data, processes, controls and governance
- Meet as a minimum the requirements of Baseline Personnel Security Standard as outlined: Skills we'd love to see/Amazing Extras:
- Have the ability to articulate trends in GBS
- Have knowledge and understanding of end-to-end GBS processes and their interdependencies to deliver a seamless experience to customers
- Be an excellent communicator with the personal skills to build strong and lasting internal and client relationships; and the ability to deliver clear, concise, focused messages to senior business leadership or clients
- Have flexibility to travel
- Holding an accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/ICAS/CIMA or equivalent experience) would be preferable
- Some roles may require UK Government Security Clearance - therefore candidates should ideally have the ability to apply for and hold SC as outlined
