Full Job Description
As our next Programme Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in supporting the Programme Leader and driving the progression and delivery of whole vehicle programmes. Your role will be to plan and coordinate cross-functionally the internal R&D teams to deliver new vehicle lines to production. Specifically, you will be responsible for controlling vehicle definition, programme timing and costs. To excel in your role, the Programme Coordinator will be responsible for owning and managing robust definition, Engineering timing release schedule, programme status metrics, and coordinating cross-functional inputs. You'll be given the chance to take ownership of your work and make a tangible impact. You'll deal with complex challenges and be responsible for finding effective solutions. You'll have the freedom to explore innovative ideas and implement them in a real-world context. In this role, you will have the chance to excel and showcase your excellent organization skills, good interpersonal and collaboration skills, good communication skills, and confidence in face-to-face meeting environments. What's important to you is to be part of a team, build relationships, and deliver successful programmes. - Good experience of project management
- Educated to degree level with relevant project management, automotive or mechanical engineering (desirable)
- Significant experience of managing multiple requirements concurrently
- Experience of automotive environment (desirable)
- Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence within face to face meeting environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel and Powerpoint)
