Full Job Description
- Deliver supplier objectives through strong Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
- Own the full customer strategy, from relationship management to forecasting and commercial execution
- Understand your customer in depth - KPIs, formats, pricing, supply chain, marketing strategy, and more
- Collaborate on accurate volume and value forecasting
- Model and manage long-term account plans, including full analysis of ROI on supplier investments
- Control budgeted customer investment and efficiently manage invoice and claims processes
- Set up and monitor rebates/accruals
- Influence core range and distribution opportunities
- Track and interpret EPOS and competitor data to identify opportunities
- Maintain rigorous standards around compliance, especially related to the Good Distribution Practice (GDP) of medicinal products
- Produce actionable reports for internal and external stakeholders
