We're looking for a passionate and experienced Product Owner to lead the evolution of this platform. This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow a capability that is central to powering connected customer experiences, while working closely with business, data and technology teams to deliver real value at scale.,

• Define and continuously refine business requirements in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring clear articulation of customer and business needs.
• Translate these requirements into a well-prioritised product backlog, focused on delivering maximum business value from the MDM platform.
• Develop and own the platform vision and roadmap for Admiral's MDM system, enabling enterprise-wide activation of trusted customer data.
• Partner closely with Admiral's central data teams, who own and manage the data itself, to ensure effective collaboration on data quality, flows, governance and usage.
• Identify and assess new opportunities to unlock value from MDM - powering both customer experiences and enterprise data interoperability.
• Ensure clear communication of requirements to delivery teams and work closely with engineering, architecture and platform leads to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager working with Customer MDM platforms or other enterprise-scale systems. Experience with Informatic MDM would be a distinct advantage.
• Experience in enterprise platform product ownership, ideally in environments with federated data ownership or complex organisational structures.
• Experience working in retail insurance or financial services is highly desirable.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, especially in aligning with centralised data, IT and business teams.
• Skilled in backlog management, delivery planning and requirement gathering within an agile framework.
• A strategic thinker who can connect platform capabilities to business outcomes.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and data delivery pipelines is a plus.
