Full Job Description
ALTEN is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support the development of next-generation uncrewed vessels used in complex offshore operations. This role is critical to ensuring the safety, functionality, and compliance of cutting-edge maritime systems as they move towards a key testing and demonstration phase.,
- Define what the vessel needs to achieve and identify the required onboard systems.
- Perform structured risk assessments and safety analysis aligned with the top-left of the V-model.
- Capture, manage, and document system-level requirements and architecture.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to prove system safety and operational readiness.
- Support the validation process through clear documentation and traceability of requirements.
