Bilfinger UK are looking for a Project Administrator to start on Hinkley Point C in Bridgewater

• Organising diaries, scheduling meetings and attendance via Outlook for SPM & PM.
• Attending meetings, drafting and distributing the minutes to all team members
• Keeping records of actions and expediting completion of such within the required timescales.
• Manage and route office communications, letters and documents to ensure receipt by the appropriate people in a timely fashion.
• Prepare, print and file records to ensure they are up to date and easily accessible
• Collate, update and manage information in line with documentation protocols and systems (SAP/CEMAR/ProArc/Teamcenter/Sharepoint)
• Proactively work with the Leadership and Management team(s) providing positive input and support with ongoing project activities and ad hoc requirements.
