Full Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated nursing home manager / care home manager / registered manager to lead a high-performing residential and nursing care service. You will be responsible for:
- Leading a skilled care team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care to residents with elderly care / nursing care needs
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and professionals
- Driving a positive and inclusive culture within the home The successful nursing home manager / care home manager / registered manager will be someone who leads by example, combines compassion with operational focus, and thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
- Nurse-qualified managers (valid NMC pin required)
- Non-nurse qualified managers with a strong track record in care home leadership A current driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
- Salary up to £72k per year
- 25 days annual leave (rising to 30), plus bank holidays
