About DittoWe're building the future of social connection for Gen Z. Ditto is an AI-powered companion that learns about you and then autonomously connects and interacts with other people's Dittos to build new friendships, stay updated, execute social goals, make IRL plans etc. We've raised £500k pre-seed and are launching this September following lots of positive early user feedback. Your RoleAs our Social Growth Manager, you'll be responsible for building explosive pre-launch momentum and driving our waitlist ready for our September launch. Core ResponsibilitiesViral Content Creation

• Produce high-volume TikTok content showcasing Ditto's unique AI features
• Create organic "person on the street" style videos getting reactions to the app
• Generate scroll-stopping content that demonstrates the magic of AI companions
• Build content series that build anticipation for launch
Community building
• Launch and grow an active Discord community for early adopters
• Engage directly with users, responding to questions and building relationships
• Create community events and challenges that increase engagement
• Be the authentic voice of Ditto across all social platforms
Campus strategy
• Develop and execute campus ambassador programs at UK universities
• Organize on-campus events and demos to drive signups
• Build relationships with student influencers and societies
• Create localised content for different university communities
Brand & Design
• Maintain Ditto's playful, authentic brand voice across all touchpoints
• Create visual assets using Figma and design tools
• Collaborate with the team on product messaging and positioning
• Ensure all content reflects our "fun-first" culture
Growth operations
• Own and optimize our waitlist landing page using Webflow
• Track and analyze performance metrics across all channels
• A/B test messaging, visuals, and conversion flows
• Use AI tools to scale content production and community management
  
  Proven experience creating viral or high-engagement social content
• Comfortable being on camera and creating authentic, energetic content
• Strong understanding of Gen Z social media behavior and trends
• Experience building and managing online communities
• Self-motivated with excellent project management skills
Technical Skills
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma preferred, Canva minimum)
• Basic web development skills or ability to use Webflow
• Understanding of social media analytics and growth metrics
• Interest in AI tools and automation for workflow optimisation
