What You'll Do As A Junior Media Buyer
You'll work closely with experienced Media Buyers, gaining real-world experience while building confidence in paid media strategy and execution. As your skills develop, you'll gradually take the lead on smaller accounts. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Supporting day-to-day campaign management across Meta and Google platforms
+ Assisting with reporting, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimisations
+ Collaborating with the creative team to brief new assets and recommend ad iterations
+ Staying informed on platform changes and industry trends
+ Participating in team discussions and contributing ideas
+ Taking responsibility for smaller client accounts as part of your progression
Your First 90 Days
During your initial three months, you'll receive structured onboarding, hands-on training, and mentorship from senior team members. Your focus will be to:
+ Understand our campaign structures, tools, and workflows
+ Shadow experienced team members in strategy sessions, testing, and performance reviews
+ Assist in implementing optimisations and analysing campaign data
+ Contribute to creative ideation and testing plans
+ Build relationships across the Media Buying, Creative, and Copy teams
+ 1+ years of experience in paid media (agency or in-house)
+ Comfortable using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
+ Detail-oriented, communicative, and motivated to develop your skills
+ Confident interpreting performance data and identifying insights
+ Genuinely interested in building a career in performance marketing
+ Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
