What you'll be doing



  • To support the growth of the direct-to-consumer propositions for Paragon Group via the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies.

  • The role's key purpose is to deliver and optimise media campaigns across paid and organic search, social, display and other channels with impactful creatives and insight led approach to drive strong commercial performance.

  • With our media agency the role will be managing paid media campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness based on KPIs to ensure strong continual performance and optimisation.

  • Developing and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, technical audits, content optimisation, and link-building is a key part of the role.

  • Creatively the role will manage the creation and delivery of assets for all campaigns working with relevant internal and external teams to ensure they work hard and are on brand.


About You



  • Strong education background in or at least 3 years plus practice in Marketing, Digital or related field.

  • Strong digital marketing experience across paid, social, SEO including significant experience of growing, optimising and improving paid media performance.

  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.

  • Day to day experience of running paid media, SEO (content and technical) strategies.

  • Relevant experience of working with agencies across digital marketing.

  • Digital technology experience across GA4, GTM, Adwords and other relevant tools.

Working hours


This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We offer a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in our office on specific days.
