We are looking for two Warehouse Team Managers to join our M&S site in Milton Keynes. You'll support operational leaders with oversight of the team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that all activity is completed in a timely and accurate manner, consistently achieving departmental KPI's.,

• Oversee the day to day running of the warehouse in your area, you'll lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve targets, whilst managing under / over capacity of work areas
• Lead on all people processes including welfare, performance, KPI management, T&A, coaching, recruitment & selection, appraisals, and talent
• Pro-actively support the site and customer's continuous improvement initiatives, acting as an advocate on site for cultural change
• With good understanding of Health & Safety you'll strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with our policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating your findings

This is a full-time, permanent position, where you'll be working an 'any 5 from 7' night shift pattern over an 8-week rota. The hours of work will be 22:00 - 06:00., You'll be paid a salary of up to £36,741.03 per annum, plus a night shift allowance of £6,198.36 per annum, dependent upon shifts worked.
