We are looking for Support Workers who can work flexibly, with a positive outlook, good communication skills and a willingness to learn. The ability to drive with access to a vehicle for work would be an advantage. We have a range of full-time, part-time and relief roles. Please talk to us about the hours available, we work flexibly across the week including some weekends and evenings. A wide range of people with disabilities access our bases, which are well-established in the local community, and well used by a range of community groups. Working with the skills, talents, likes and needs of each person we support, you will provide a range of meaningful and purposeful opportunities which help everyone maintain and develop new skills, try new things, and make a positive contribution to their community. You'll support people with a wide range of activities and opportunities, including:

• Creative arts - woodwork, pottery, music making things to sell or exhibit.

  In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
