Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic Health Care Assistants with a positive attitude and compassion to join the Complex Care Team to support children and young people with complex medical needs in their own homes and education settings., The post-holder will be responsible for the holistic care of a children and young adults with complex health care needs and/or technology dependence in the Clients own home. Following a period of competency based training and supervision; HCA's will be expected to carry out all relevant forms of care following client care plans and East Cheshire Trust policy, procedures and guidelines. We have several positions available which will involve shift work including days, nights and weekends.
