Full Job Description
-Managing LinkedIn campaigns and presence. Building and optimising our LinkedIn company pages, developing thought leadership content, managing paid campaigns, and growing our professional networks to reach potential employees and business partners.
-Creating recruitment marketing content. Developing compelling recruitment materials, job advertisements, and employer branding content that attracts high-quality candidates to BCT's open positions.
-Generating employer leads. Implementing lead generation strategies to connect with businesses seeking apprentices or co-working space, including targeted campaigns at events such as careers fairs, content marketing, and conversion optimisation.
-Building and nurturing prospect relationships. Developing drip campaigns, personalised outreach strategies, and relationship management processes to move leads through the pipeline.
-Coordinating with internal teams. Collaborate with the BCE Marketing team to ensure consistent and aligned branding and messaging across all areas of the business.
-Creating and managing digital content. Developing high-value content including case studies, blog posts, videos, and social media content that positions BCT and Creative Works as industry leaders.
-Implementing analytics and reporting systems. Utilising marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance, provide insights, and continuously optimise strategies based on data.
-Managing marketing automation. Setting up and maintaining automated marketing workflows that nurture leads and streamline recruitment processes.
-Staying current with digital marketing trends. Continuously learning and adopting new strategies, tools, and platforms to ensure BCT's digital marketing remains innovative and effective.
Maths and English GCSE Grade 4/C or equivalent (Level 2)
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; relevant marketing certifications are beneficial.
Essential Qualities
-Experience. 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing with a proven track record in LinkedIn campaign management and lead generation.
-Technical skills. Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, content management systems, and marketing automation platforms.
-Content creation abilities. Strong copywriting skills and experience creating compelling B2B content that drives engagement and conversions.
-Analytical capabilities. Data-driven approach with the ability to measure campaign performance, interpret metrics, and optimise strategies accordingly.
-Strategic thinking. Capacity to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals and target audience needs.
-Communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for collaborating with internal teams and creating persuasive marketing materials
-Project management. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Desirable Skills
-Experience marketing educational services, apprenticeship programs, or workspace solutions to businesses.
-Knowledge of the further education sector, creative industries, and talent recruitment landscapes.
-Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (particularly Salesforce), and email marketing tools.
-Demonstrated success in employer lead generation and recruitment marketing campaigns.
-Portfolio of successful B2B LinkedIn marketing campaigns with measurable results.
