Our new client is looking for Senior Commercial Broker to join their inbusiness. This is a senior level role within a progressive team. With the role comes an existing book of business and an opportunity to develop your own portfolio - of standard & non-standard Commercial Accounts, Risks and Schemes,

• Looking after existing book of commercial clients, from SMEs to larger corporate clients
• Maintaining meaningful relationships by providing excellent customer service
• Further developing the current book, by cross selling techniques and business development
• the development of existing insurer facilities in the UK and EU/EEA and developing the existing scheme and target markets
• Operating within regulatory guidelines
• Supporting other team members as appropriate/necessary to ensure a first-class service to their clients
  
  Worked on Commercial Insurance risks in a position of responsibility
• A proven track record
• The ability to coach, train and generally provide information to the supporting team members
• Excellent technical insurance knowledge
• The self-confidence to effectively deal with clients' boards and board members
• 7+ years' experience in General Commercial Insurance
• 3+ years' experience in generating and placing new business
• Experience of Broking within the EEA would be an advantage as would a knowledge of arranging insurance for companies trading internationally
• Driving license, Candidates who are currently a senior commercial insurance broker, corporate risk advisor, senior client executive, senior underwriting assistant or business development director - commercial accounts may be suitable for this position
