- Committed to diversity, inclusion, and empowering your development What is the role? The purpose of the role is to provide a responsive and professional administrative service to the Group HR Department. Primary Responsibilities
- Digital preparation of offer letters and contracts for new employees within the Group and processing HR data and maintaining up to date and accurate employee records within the HR information system.
- Dealing confidentially with sensitive, HR-related information.
- Collating new employee starter forms and liaising with Payroll and the Regional Offices
- Creating and maintaining HR records in our HR system
- General filing and administrative duties
- Any other duties deemed reasonable
Excellent administration skills and an interest in working in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- IT literate with good experience of using Microsoft office, data entry skills and good attention to detail.
