What You'll Do

Assisting with pre and post training course administration
Supporting learning operations, including content creation, coordination, and booking internal and external training courses
Assisting with processing training records using MGF’s learning management system
Administration surrounding starters and leavers
Updating employee records and files, ensuring documents are stored effectively
Assisting to organise meetings, interviews and training events
Responding to emails and requests for information
Providing administrative HR / L&D support, such as preparing documents, taking notes, maintaining records, helping prepare monthly reports, filing, scanning and research
Dealing with telephone enquiries and routine correspondence
Gain an awareness and understanding of current HR legislative requirements as well as any proposed or future changes that may affect the Company

Training Outcome

As the apprentice develops their knowledge and skills, they will also gain broader exposure to wider HR activities, providing a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources / Learning & Development
