Plan and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and e-learning, ensuring smooth delivery and clear communication.
Maintain accurate training records, track attendance, feedback, and certifications, and produce reports to support L&D planning and compliance.
Liaise with managers and stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure high-quality external provision aligned with organisational standards.
Support apprenticeship programmes and graduate schemes, acting as a key contact and monitoring learner progress and engagement.
Manage pre- and post-course administration, ensuring accurate certification and quality standards are met.
Handle finance tasks, including purchase orders, invoices, and payment tracking, while managing the shared training inbox.
Support L&D projects, contributing ideas and research to promote a culture of continuous learning.
Willingness to attend on-site invigilation for training courses.

Experience in an admin or coordination role, ideally within Early Careers, HR, or L&D, with strong relationship-building skills.
Proactive in improving processes and identifying more efficient ways of working.
Able to build effective partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing professional support and guidance.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt style to different audiences.
Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across administration, reporting, and delivery.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with L&D systems or LMS platforms.
