We are looking for a Full Time HR People Manager to join our team in Spalding. As an HR People Manager, you will be responsible for the consistent and effective management of site HR activities, with a strong focus around capability development, retention and succession across the site.,

Responsible for creating and delivering an employee engagement and change management program

Guiding and coaching our managers to make effective people decisions

Advising and supporting with employee relations and best practices

Developing and managing the HR Advisor & Administrator

supporting with ad-hoc projects such as TUPES, restructures, retention and succession etc

Significant experience in a HR Management role, ideally within a logistics, retail, FMCG or manufacturing environment

People management experience

Experience dealing with complex ER issues

Experience of working within a unionised environment

Ability to develop HR strategies and deliver change

CIPD qualification is desirable
