Full Job Description
The Trust Executive Assistant & HR Co-ordinator plays a key role in supporting both the Executive Leadership Team and the Trust's developing People function. Reporting to the Head of People & HR, the postholder provides high-quality executive support, ensuring the smooth coordination of strategic priorities, meetings, communications, projects and organisational activities across the Trust.
Alongside executive support responsibilities, the role contributes to the delivery of the Trust's People Strategy through the effective administration and coordination of HR processes. This includes supporting recruitment, onboarding, compliance, safeguarding checks, workforce reporting, employee records management, policy implementation and employee engagement initiatives.
This is a varied and developing position that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, discretion and the ability to manage competing priorities. The successful postholder will act as a professional point of contact for colleagues and stakeholders, support data-driven decision-making, and help ensure that HR and leadership activities are delivered efficiently, consistently and in line with Trust values and statutory requirements.
Working across both strategic and operational areas, the role offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the continued development of a high-quality, people-centred service that supports colleagues, leaders and academies to thrive.
In return we offer:
· Access to a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
· Employee benefits including Life Coaching, Financial and Legal Guidance and mindfulness and wellbeing resources.
· Dedicated coaching for line managers.
· Competitive salary and pension scheme.
