Support Bartenders by restocking bar supplies, glassware, ice, garnishes and beverages.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, cellar, storage areas and ensuring health & safety standards are met.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the bar, replenishing stock and cleaning tasks.
Provide efficient, behind-the-scenes support during busy service periods to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.

We are looking for someone with previous bar experience within a hotel or luxury setting with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail who enjoys being part of a high performing team., Previous bar experience in a Barback role, ideally within a hotel or luxury hospitality setting.
