Full Job Description

In this role you will be reporting into the Senior Project Manager. Your role will be to support the Project strategy for the site, leading, developing and managing the Projects within the Capital Investment programme. You will be supporting business growth and providing leadership to the project delivery teams. Projects may range from site construction expanding site capacity through to single purchase of equipment. All projects will need to be scoped individually to ensure compliance is met. Key Responsibilities: Drive collaboration between departments and cross functional teams to pro-actively manage resources and co-ordinate plans to achieve maximum operational performance. Be accountable for compliance with legal, regulatory and Company requirements including robust management of statutory tests and inspections. Host auditors and visitors to the site as required and demonstrates a thorough knowledge and understanding of the people, processes, and standards. Involve team members, where
appropriate, to demonstrate team engagement and empower others. Monitors and reviews project performance. Monitor and review project costs. Plan, prepare, analyse, and monitor financial budgets and forecasts. Identify opportunities to minimise costs / increase profit.

Project Management Qualification (APM PMQ / Prince2 Practitioner) Experience of project delivery within Construction / Engineering / Manufacturing IOSH Managing Safely Understanding of CDM advantageous.
