Full Job Description
As Chief Project Engineer, you'll be at the heart of a fast-paced, strategically significant programme with exposure to senior stakeholders and cutting-edge technologies. This role offers the chance to shape the technical direction of future combat propulsion while developing your leadership and systems engineering expertise. - Lead the delivery of complex engineering programmes, ensuring alignment to technical, cost, and schedule requirements.
- Act as a delegate for the Chief Engineer, providing governance and oversight across all engineering activities.
- Drive systems engineering excellence and lead multidisciplinary teams across the full product lifecycle.
- Influence the future of combat air systems through direct involvement in one of the UK's most advanced defence initiatives.

- Possess proven programme management skills, including cost, quality, and schedule control.
