Full Job Description
We are seeking to recruit a Head of Analysis and Digital Change, to lead and shape the system analysis and project delivery capabilities within IT Services. The role is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference within ITS and across the wider UWE, and is critical to the successful delivery of the University's strategic programmes. As part of the management team for the IT delivery function, the post holder will be the IT lead for projects and initiatives ensuring the successful delivery of technical changes, and will build relationships with key stakeholders providing a point of contact at all levels for the ITS portfolio. The role will also involve managing the analyst and project delivery teams, inspiring high performance and leading the development of best practice processes and standards aligned with agreed frameworks. - Experience of working within or with an IT service at a leadership level
- Experience of developing and applying best-practice processes to deliver change
- Experience of leading and developing high performance teams
- Experience in embedding and maintaining governance processes, reporting, assurance, performance and risk management
- Experience in producing and maintaining documentation and management information/reports for governance boards and senior management
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), a keen awareness of the audience, able to present complex information to a range of audiences
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a range of internal and external partners and stakeholder.
