- Lead and manage the Business Support Hub, overseeing a team of Business Support Officers.
- Lead specific projects ensuring they are delivered on time to a high standard.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes to support adult social care operations that ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensure timely and effective communication.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high customer satisfaction.
Has significant experience in business management within a public sector or social care setting. - Demonstrates strong leadership and people management skills.
- Is confident in using data and performance information to drive service improvement.
- Understands the complexities of adult social care and the importance of integrated support systems.
- Is proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent public services.
