Full Job Description
We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our Infrastructure Energy team in Leavesden. What you'll do:
- Drive the Safety Culture throughout the team at all phases of the work.
- Promote open and honest communication within your delivery team, suppliers, subcontractors, client representatives and stakeholders.
- Drive an approach to continuous improvement within your team
- Build and develop the team to deliver all aspects of the project requirements
- Construction input to Design
- Contribute to construction feasibility reviews of the proposed detailed design, review and commenting on Issued For Assurance construction packs prior to receiving IFC information
Experience of delivery phase of Energy projects such as Carbon Capture, Nuclear, Electricity energy storage / transmission / distribution or similar High Voltage projects over 132kV. - Degree, HNC or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Project Construction Manager within the construction industry, ideally in a Tier I main contractor projects in the energy or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, materials, and best practices relevant to energy infrastructure projects.
