Full Job Description
· Assisting and supporting the Operational Management team, which includes Reactive, Planned Preventative and Scheduled Maintenance services · To assist in monitoring out-sourced · Liaise with clients and contractors · To demonstrate good fault-finding skills on complex Electrical plant and equipment and be prepared to react quickly and positively to changing circumstances · Liaise with manufacturers regarding plant or equipment failure and to arrange orders for new plant, equipment · Assist in the recruitment and selection of new staff to vacant posts. Select candidates for new posts, interview, and recruit
- Formal qualification in either Electrical Engineering or similar recognised qualification
- 17th Edition/18th Edition.
- Knowledge of Building Services
- Working on and managing PPMS
- Worked within the FM industry
- Valid UK Driving license
