Team Administrator

Location: Newport, Isle of Wight

Hours: 8.30am - 5pm

Days: 2 days per week (Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays)

Duration: Temporary, immediate start, whilst recruiting permanently

Duties:

Coordinate and schedule short courses and corporate training sessions within the business center.
Manage event bookings, including room reservations, catering and equipment set up,
respond to inquiries from course and event participants, maintain course and event attendance records, provide management reports.
Provide administrative support to apprenticeship and international teams including correspondence, data entry and document preparation,
Assist with the development and distribution of course and event materials, presentations, handouts and evaluations,
Raise purchase orders, goods receipting, incoming and outgoing post, stationary.
Where required attend internal events and open days.

Experience:

Must have good level of administrative and customer services experience within a fast paced environment, experience of working within an education setting is an advantage,
Must have a good level of computer literacy including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must be able to proactively prioritise workload and work well on own initiative as well as part of a team, with good communications skills.
Must have a recent DBS Clearance (within the last 12 months or be part of the Update Service).

Salary: £13.50 per hour worked
