Full Job Description
- Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential).
- Has GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.
- Has experience of supporting children with SEND and complex needs.
- Can build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Has excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
- Is committed, flexible and passionate about improving outcomes for children.
