In this pivotal role, you'll support the Gas Centre Manager in delivering high-quality training and assessment, directly impacting the success of our students and commercial clients. quality enhancement of our Gas Centre.Generous Holiday Allowance: Benefit from 35 days of annual leave, plus Bank Holidays and discretionary days.Supportive Work Environment: Access a range of benefits including a gym and free on-site parking.Invest in Your Future: Take advantage of continuous professional development opportunities provided by IEG.What You'll Be Doing:Support and deputise for the Gas Centre Manager, including team management and leading on assessments.Teach, assess, and internally verify various Gas and Plumbing construction courses up to Level 3.Develop and maintain apprenticeship content, delegating tasks to team members.Contribute to the growth and development of the Gas Centre, ensuring quality standards.Provide vocational support and guidance to learners, tracking their progress.Carry out administrative duties related to teaching and maintain accurate records.Assist in the development of curriculum support materials.Ensure safe working practices are followed by

all.What You'll Bring:GCSE English Language and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent Level 2 qualifications.City and Guilds L3 Diploma or equivalent in Plumbing and Domestic Heating (or NVQ Level 3).Teaching Qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed. or willingness to acquire).Assessor qualification (TAQA or willingness to acquire).Internal Verifier qualification (IQA or willingness to acquire).ACS Certificates covering CNN1 core gas, Cen wat Boilers, LPG changeover.A minimum of 5 years of trackable experience within the Gas industry.Comprehensive and recent teaching experience at an appropriate level.Excellent subject knowledge and administrative/IT skills.Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.A commitment to safeguarding, equality, and continuous professional development.Ready to shape the future?
