We are recruiting for a Housekeeper to join us in our school for autistic learners (opened November 2025). At Aspris Ridgeway School, we empower learners to reach their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment. The proposed working hours are flexible for the right candidate but will be either before or after the school day. Aspris Ridgeway School - where everyone wants to be every day. What does Aspris Ridgeway look like? A centre of autism expertise and excellence, educating up to 60 learners aged 9-16 with identified autism needs and an EHCP. A provider of a highly individualised, therapeutic-based curriculum that prepares learners with the skills they need for lifelong learning. A provider of engaging, appropriate learning opportunities that enable learners to make outstanding progress relative to their starting points. Main duties

To deliver and maintain a clean and tidy environment throughout the school, in line with operational standards and to ensure that work processes comply with statutory regulations.

To Ensure that Aspris standards are delivered in all areas in a timely and efficient manner.

To identify and report damage, faults and other related issues to the line manager to ensure that environmental conditions continue to meet quality standards and statutory regulations.
