Full Job Description
Your day to day will include:
-Ensuring health and safety by enforcing regulation, conducting inspections, carrying out toolbox talks and incident reporting.
-Managing site operations such as material and equipment management, progress monitoring, quality solving and problem solving.
-Communication and reporting with management, workforce and record keeping.
-Supervising and coordinating the workforce, such as daily allocation, performance monitoring, team motivation and labour/subcontractor coordination.
Proven experience in a similar role as a Foreman / Foreperson within the construction, civils or utilities industry.
-Strong supervisory experience and knowledge of regulation and legislation relating to building.
-Excellent understanding of health and safety legislation (e.g., CDM Regulations).
-CSCS Black Card (or equivalent).
-SMSTS or SSSTS qualification., Disability Confident
