Lead the delivery of One YMCA's overnight housing services between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
Manage night operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent and high-quality support for residents
Supervise and support night staff, maintaining staffing levels and coordinating nightly tasks
Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead for Out of Hours, ensuring timely and accurate recording, referral, and escalation of concerns
Ensure smooth handovers between shifts and maintain clear communication with day teams
Respond confidently to emergencies and contribute to crisis management and service development
Promote continuous improvement and uphold service standards during out-of-hours periods

In this pivotal role, you'll ensure that residents receive consistent, high-quality support during evenings and nights - times when traditional services are unavailable and when many individuals feel most vulnerable. Your leadership will help create a safe, responsive, and supportive environment that truly makes a difference, As some of our roles involve working with vulnerable members of society, this position may require a Basic or Enhanced Criminal Disclosure, which will be conducted once a conditional offer is made
