Full Job Description
- Lead and manage the day-to-day running of your nursery room
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote all areas of development
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursery practitioners within your team
- Build positive, professional relationships with children, parents, and carers
- Monitor children's development and maintain accurate EYFS records and reports
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that meets the individual needs of each child
Are you a qualified and experienced Nursery Room Leader looking for a rewarding role in a supportive and inclusive early years setting? Our client is seeking a passionate childcare professional to lead and inspire their nursery team, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, and development for every child., Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or higher) - essential - Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Proven leadership experience within a nursery or early years setting
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- A nurturing, inclusive, and child-centred approach

Salary: Up to £35,000, depending on experience, Competitive salary up to £35,000 - Company Sick pay
