Nursery Practitioner - Level 3 | £28,000 | 40 hours per week, all year round, Our client, a welcoming and well-established nursery, is looking for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated early years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and enthusiastic professional who is passionate about supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing. The Nursery Practitioner will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and early education, working closely with colleagues to create a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for children aged 0-5. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a child-centred setting and is committed to supporting every child's unique journey.,
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Build strong, nurturing relationships with children and families
- Promote children's emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play and structured learning
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and observations
- Support a safe, inclusive, and caring nursery environment, ensuring all safeguarding procedures are followed
- Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive staff culture
Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent (essential) - Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS, child development, and safeguarding practices
- A positive, proactive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children's development and wellbeing
- Clear communication skills and a commitment to inclusive, respectful practice
