- Inspiring Creativity - taking joy in artistic expression, and its power to effect change.
- Reaching for the stars - dreaming what's possible, and then working out the how together.
- Person-centred solutions - putting the person and what matters to them first, we share responsibilities to find ways forward.

- Digital and IT strategy
We are also keen to recruit trustees who have experience working within the Arts and culture/creative industries, or working with learning disability communities and/or other marginalised groups.
What you will be doing:
You will work with our Board of 5 skilled, committed trustees - including trustees with lived experience of learning disabilities and autism - and the senior team, to help us achieve our mission using the arts to tackle inequalities and improve wellbeing by increasing opportunities for people with learning disabilities and autistic people to have their voices heard and to contribute to their community. Our delivery includes 9 creative sessions per week across 4 North East localities, enabling beneficiaries to lead on their own projects, e.g., devising and performing their own original live theatre that reflects their lived experience, outreach drama workshops (led by our artists with learning disabilities and autism) to involve our wider community of interest and to use drama as a safe tool to explore social issues, and delivering commissioned projects (films, multi-media performances) that raise awareness, generate income, and provide paid employment opportunities for our group members.
