Customer Service Coordinator 2025-06-10 Customer Service Coordinator OA are recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our client's dynamic and growing team.Location: Elstree, BorehamwoodHours: A 40-hour workweek, including one weekend day, with two days working from home each w OA Brand 2025-07-10,
- Handling inbound and outbound calls while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
- Responding to inbound and outbound emails from customers and clients.
- Processing new bookings, extensions, and terminations within the required SLAs.
- Carrying out daily operational tasks.
- Recommending additional products or solutions to enhance the customer experience - including upselling options such as insurance excess reducers.
- Managing customer complaints efficiently, seeing them through to resolution.
- Accurately updating company systems, processing rental documentation, and producing reports.
- Maintaining regular communication with customers throughout their hire period and sharing relevant feedback with the Team Leader or Manager.
- Collaborating closely with team members and offering support when needed.
- Carrying out any other reasonable duties as assigned
Proven experience in a customer service environment. - A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a solid understanding of what great service looks like.
- Ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet business KPIs.
- A positive, proactive attitude toward learning and self-development.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confident in holding professional conversations while multitasking and handling administrative duties.
