We're looking for a Sterile Specialist to support our sterile manufacturing operations in Runcorn, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. • Ability to work safely in a team
• Plan and operate the production of sterile products according to the customer service plan
• Support quality investigations and Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA) for process-related problems
• Support manufacturing activities, changeovers, testing and cleaning activities in accordance with cleanroom Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and cGMP
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement
• Support filling machine set-up/start-up activities in accordance with cleanroom SOPs and cGMP
• Report any instance of non-conformances to Management Team
• Take an active role in troubleshooting and resolving process issues in a quick and effective manner
• Complete batch and associated manufacturing documentation right first time (RFT)
  
  Previous experience in sterile environment or a similar environment, such as food manufacturing and medical devices, is essential
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to set and deliver high performance standards for self and others in the team
• Ability to work on your feet for 12 hours
