Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the role is to ensure consistency, validity and reliability of standard documentation and to maintain structure and compliance through focussed stewardship of the businesses Integrated Management System (IMS) and associated documents., + Manage and maintain all company documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly stored. (including digital and paper archives)
+ Implement and maintain document control processes and systems to ensure consistency in procedural development.
+ Ensure all documents are valid, up-to-date and comply with company standards, rules and regulatory requirements.
+ Coordinate with various departments to ensure document accuracy, compliance and consistency especially review and approval processes for new and updated documents. .
+ Assist in the preparation and review of documentation for both internal and external audits and inspections.
+ Provide training and support to staff on document control procedures.
+ Monitor and report on document control activities and performance.

+ Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role, i.e. quality or project control support function.
+ Worked to gain and or maintain ISO standards for existing IMS.
+ Preferably working knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001 and/or 14001 structure and requirements.
+ Excellent organisational and time management skills.
+ Attention to detail and accuracy within document management.
+ Advanced proficiency in document management software, SharePoint and Microsoft Office
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and also integrate as part of a wider team of QHSE Professionals.
+ Preferred knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to document control.
