- To satisfy all customer requirements and increase all aspects of the parts business through Direct selling.
- To be fully conversant with all procedures within the Parts Department., We endeavour to look after our staff by operating an Employee Car Scheme. The scheme is dependent on production and availability of cars which comply with the Scheme rules.

Parts Experience with BMW / Prestige centre - Vehicle knowledge with BMW / Prestige centre

- Ability to communicate the Companies products and services in a professional and timely manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to work within a team environment
