Align Property Services is looking for a driven individual, eager to learn and committed to a career in project management to join our team in Northallerton as an Apprentice Project Manager.
You will receive full training, and it is expected that you will progress to Degree level through day-release to university, which will compromise of a mix of both online and university required attendance.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build a solid foundation for your project management career combining mentorship, theory, and professional practice.
As an Apprentice Project Manager, you will:
- Have the opportunity to assist with a range of projects, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and quality in tender package documents before they are sent to contractors for costings.
- This role involves attending meetings with relevant parties and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Additionally, you learn to review work programmes and processes to ensure they align with contractual procedures.
In return, you'll receive a structured apprenticeship program with degree-level progression, weekly day release to university, travel expenses covered, 25 days of annual leave, and opportunities for professional development. A competitive salary and clear progression path will be provided as you advance.
Essential requirements:
- To meet the UCAS point requirement for the degree associated with the role.
- Minimum 5 GCSE Grades A-C/5-9 including Maths, English and Science.
- A Level grades suitable for direct entry onto accredited p/t apprenticeship course.
- Be willing to undertake the part time Project Management Degree Apprenticeship course.
- Good IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Driving Licence or willing/working towards obtaining a UK Driving Licence.
About the Qualification:
You will complete a BSc Professional Practice in Project Management at a chosen university that will combine both online and in person learning.
The work-based programme is designed to provide the essential knowledge, understanding, and skills required to operate effectively as project managers and lead teams on a diverse range of projects and initiatives.
