Full Job Description

Work through all RIBA stages across a variety of sectors including public realm, play, sport and leisure, food production, residential, infrastructure, education, active travel, care facilities, art, net zero, wayfinding, heritage etc.
Working alongside The Strategic Tree Team to further develop the city's tree stock funded via our Community Forest Team / Trees for Climate Grant.
Supporting the planning team on planning policy guidance, landscape character assessment, green infrastructure and landscape design matters in relation to planning applications.As an employee, Newcastle

The ideal candidate will have experience working on construction projects and be qualified at degree or diploma level. Experience with LVIA / TVIA would be useful with a requirement to be chartered or working towards CMLI status. Support on the Pathway to Chartership will be provided if needed.
