Job title: Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operative (6m FTC)

Hourly rate: £12.21
Contract type: 6 months fixed-term contract

Working hours: Monday-Thursday 7:00-15:45, Friday 7:00-14:30

About the role

Grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying and more - join us as a Grounds Maintenance Operative and you'll be doing them all. As part of our team in Trowbridge, you will keep grounds in wonderful condition for clients across Wiltshire. It's a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment.

Requirements

• Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required, including the use of handheld equipment and ride on mowers.
• A full valid UK driving licence is essential.
• Towing experience is strongly preferred.
• Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and work well in a team.
• PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage but not essential.
