Building Services Operative
Ashfield District Council
Sutton-In-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire
£25,000 - £29,999
Full time
The Facilities team are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual for the role of Building Services Operative.
We are looking for a self-motivated, reliable and trustworthy person to take on this position. Working within a team of three, you will be required to perform caretaking duties, which may include minor repairs, porterage, managing deliveries and other associated responsibilities.
The post holder will be responsible for the locking and unlocking of Ashfield District Council offices on Urban Road, Kirkby in Ashfield.
The post operates on a three-shift system, with every third Saturday to be included. It will also be a requirement to call handle and proactively respond appropriately to alarm activations and out of hours call outs, working within an established rota.
The post requires a full driving licence.
