Full Job Description
A vacancy has arisen in our busy head office for an experienced Sales Administrator to assist other internal sales administrators within BID Group. The successful candidate will have shared responsibility for the sales administration for our customers. Duties will include:
- Pricing of engineer job sheets
- Entering data on in-house systems
- Producing quotations
- Obtaining quotations for parts from suppliers
- Part delivery updates from suppliers
- Order processing
- Generating reports
- Maintaining filing systems
- Handling and responding to customer enquiries
- Liaising with other departments as appropriate
- you will offer support to the relevant Account Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
- You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of contract administration,
- Performing any other duties that may be deemed necessary to ensure the effective running of the department and company. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background. You must have a proactive, customer focused attitude, excellent communication skill, be numerate, diligent and have an excellent attention to detail. What we offer - you!

Salary: £23,809.50 to £25,000 per annum (depending on skillset and experience) Hours Of Work: 37.5 per week (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm)
