- Deliver effective communication using various methods to external and internal departments for Electrical Maintenance and Repairs to maintain customer/working relationships.
- Maintaining and developing the electrical asset management database. Analyse and input data and raise any health and safety issues to ensure we remain within policies and standards and for the effective upkeep of our electrical assets.
- Processing dataflows, invoices, handover packs and remedial work purchase orders to meet obligations to ensure payments are made within timescales.
- Assist the Team Leader with reporting and any issues that may arise to meet current monthly reporting requirements and smooth running of the team.
- Providing support to the Electricity Directorate management team with the preparation of month end reports and other key documents., At least the cost of living pay increase every year
