As Administration Assistant, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of the school office and provide excellent customer service to staff, students, parents and visitors. Duties will include:

Managing calls, emails and front desk enquiries
Supporting school communications and administrative systems
Assisting with events, trips and whole-school activities
Providing reprographics and general office support
Supporting systems such as ParentPay and student records
Assisting with first aid and maintaining accurate records

We are seeking someone who:
Has excellent organisational and communication skills
Can manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
Is confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
Works well as part of a team and independently
Is professional, calm and approachable
