You'll combine accurate, detail-focused administrative work with direct support for students' personal, financial, and wellbeing needs. Key aspects of the role include:

Processing bursary applications and managing student financial support
Maintaining and updating systems such as online financial support portals
Liaising with finance to ensure timely payments
Acting as a key point of contact for students on a drop-in and appointment basis
Providing guidance, information, and signposting to appropriate services
Supporting students across a wide range of issues including financial, personal, and safeguarding concerns
Working with internal teams and external agencies to ensure joined-up support
Supporting events, tutorials, and wider Student Services activity
Contributing to audits, process improvements, and staff training
Advising on policy updates and maintaining accurate administrative systems

You'll be someone who combines strong administrative skills with empathy, professionalism, and resilience.
